Out of touch leadership. Employees being asked to do multiple jobs with no increase in headcount / resources and assuredly no pay increase unless they get a job title change.

The atmosphere is Dreadful, communication is non existent from management. Honesty and clear communication is needed top down
Good for experience and good people work at NOV but after years of working there, you feel taken advantage of
