Overall a pretty positive experience except for the managers. They have a way of creating a toxic environment in an otherwise lovely place to work. The main way they could improve would be with some communication training.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team and the clients. We love to tell clients about their pets quirks that we noticed and clients are always pleasantly surprised when we remember their pets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is usually very understanding and able to adjust to each changing day. The work can be tough and days can get long, but they usually manage to keep a very positive attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every single mistake is seen as a act of rebellion against my manager when it really is just a mistake. I would feel better about my compensation if I didn't need a part time job along with my full time job to pay my bills.
