I work in the IT department and there are so many meetings throughout the day, we no longer have any lunch time. When I raised concerns about this, I was told NCH is not required to give any lunch or break time. They will also not pay for the extra time worked.

Leadership and managers should be held accountable for their decisions instead of making employees come up with solutions on problems they have created. What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The meetings are time consuming, sometimes 6 hours a day are tied up in meetings with no time to actually get the work done. Meetings are ineffective, rehashing the same problems that have been presented over and over again but no one willing to take responsibility and reach a solution.
