That the problem they do not work together they pick and choose who they want to help

The meetings are time consuming, sometimes 6 hours a day are tied up in meetings with no time to actually get the work done. Meetings are ineffective, rehashing the same problems that have been presented over and over again but no one willing to take responsibility and reach a solution.
