I love my team b/c we are all on the same page. Everyone is super supportive and works as a team having the same goal in mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works in the best interest of the employee population. Ensuring the company goals align with person/team goals with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is constantly evolving for the better. Nativo has become a People 1st company. Even though 100% remote, there is still a strong sense of connectivity and engagement across the broader team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nativo has a good offering with new perks for 2023. The company has decided to take the increase for 2023 and keep EE's at the same rates for 2022. Additionally, adding some cool new perks/benefits at a discounted rate.
