What makes you most happy at work?
Fighting side-by-side with my coworkers to shape the marketing industry now and for the future to achieve our goals. It's hard not to get excited when we find like-minded individuals in our employees and clients and really develop deep partnerships that are collaborative and meaningful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So many people here take ownership of their jobs and care about the quality of what they deliver. The passion and drive are tangible, and it pushes me to do more than what my role typically requires. I feel supported and energized when collaborating with my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture of support and transparency is by far some of the more positive aspects of our company. There is no such thing as a perfect company, Our leadership has an open-door policy, and feedback is not only welcomed, it's required. The company strives to make sure that our voices are heard.
