unlimited PTO, a 401k match (though the match could be higher), and other new virtual era perks like home office & communications budgets

What do you like best about the leadership team?

they are willing to listen to employees and evolve based on feedback, and even as individual contributors you're able to have a direct line of communication when needed with higher ups.

What are some of the best things about your team?

everyone is very smart and works hard to solve problems as a team. everyone also understands we're all human - you don't really feel a 'cutthroat' nonstop work grind mentality at nativo. we all have families and hobbies and rest time that everyone is supportive of.
