Mostly because you'll never be promoted. They'll hire someone with "more charisma" The benefits need to be easier to get.

The money was barely enough to get by on, the health imsurance has an insanely high deductible and barely covers anything.

Address your poor culture problem at the root of your company and stop micromanaging everything and pretending it is anyone elses fault but your own.

Since corporate managers want me to be a world class employee they should treat me like a world class employee by providing more training opportunities, better pay, and more support. Instead corporate expectations are unrealistic and they treat is with no respect nor appreciation
