What are some of the best things about your team?
We know we are being exploited and that the company is the enemy.
You'll make friends if you work hard enough and show up. However, callouts will happen almost daily. During my year at natty g's. I don't think I was fully staffed once
The people I worked with were great at their jobs and good people to work with. We all got along well ans communicated well.
They work hard and really like helping the customers to best of their ability.

The team here treats each other like family. We have the same goals and that is to leave the store better than the day before. Despite what corporate managers say everyone puts in their best effort and it shows! We get abused by customers daily but we are all here to support each other.

Everything, stop gossiping and focus on work.
