The store level leadership (for me is amazing)! They have high expectations, only hire good people, and make sure things run as smoothly as possible. I can't say much for higher management. Our regional manager supports us, but I don't know what happens behind closed doors.

Nothing, once you become a salaried employee you are stretched far too thin with too high of expectations 9/10 times.
My leadership team on the store level is absolutely outstanding. My direct manager cares about my success and about my well-being. I enjoy working for a manager who wants me to succeed and who is fair about scheduling, training and promotions.

The problems run too deep for minor changes.
Scratch the entire board and reincooperate. Ou wait they can't. The childing have set it up their LLC to allow then to literally go down with the ship. We need a new representative in the industry. Effective altrusim - NGVC = SBF Sam Bankman-fraud

using their millions in profits to actually help employees
Wages, Understaffing, Managers using HR in a manipulative and bullying way. Not wasting hundreds of health hotlines that never get pulled out of the box only to end up in the recycle bin every month
Actually training rather than thrown with the sharks and expected to swim
