Natural Grocers prides it self on competitive pay, which is laughable. The owners of the company rake in millions while the average employee barely makes enough to get by.
Hire more staff so that the shelves are stocked and help is available instead of being horribly overworked and despondent.
The only store in town that carries wheatgrass, so NG is highly valuable in my eyes.
Abysmal. The management strategy is to infantilize the employees, since if people will accept being treated like children, they won't stick up for themselves like adults.
