My team is full of good people who care. They are open to feedback, make changes, and genuinely care about one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about work life balance with hourly crew. They support wellness and give free nutrition education to the crew. The crew sets each other up for success. Everyone supports everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store level leadership (for me is amazing)! They have high expectations, only hire good people, and make sure things run as smoothly as possible. I can't say much for higher management. Our regional manager supports us, but I don't know what happens behind closed doors.
