I left Natural Grocers after 10 months of being employed there. It's amazing that I lasted as long as I did. Corporate (Big Brother) watched your every move. There was gossiping, and insurance was mid. Management and training needs to be better. 3/5
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mostly because you'll never be promoted. They'll hire someone with "more charisma" The benefits need to be easier to get.
What are some of the best things about your team?
You'll make friends if you work hard enough and show up. However, callouts will happen almost daily. During my year at natty g's. I don't think I was fully staffed once
