They hire friends and look past seasoned employees who have years of experience , no one does anything and they do it consistenly
using their millions in profits to actually help employees

Mostly because you'll never be promoted. They'll hire someone with "more charisma" The benefits need to be easier to get.
The money was barely enough to get by on, the health imsurance has an insanely high deductible and barely covers anything.

A livable wage, better health coverage. If they ever cared about employees, they dont now and are continuously making changes that make our benefit worse and jobs harder.
Everything, stop gossiping and focus on work.
Focus on cultivating trust and teamwork, not reprimending every minor mistake.

Maybe owners should open a line of communication and ask how managers are really being treated and do something about. Stop keeping your managers in the dark too
Poor leadership and a hostile environment and an ASM who yells.

The expectation for salaried employees to work 24/7 even when at home or not at work.
The interview process isn't the problem.
Not take it any interviews
They could actually preform work background checks and see if people applying for important positions ACTUALLY have experience in said position
Customers can be treated better if you have enough staff.

Upper management refuses to provide resources to stores that are struggling and relies too heavily on the store leadership teams. Upper management needs to invest more time and resources to entry level employees and new store leaders for better store success.
Hire competent mangers, provide adequate training and pay the people who are actually good.
