Our salaries are a little low compared to other companies in tech. Some of our added benefits are great, however, they're also taxed which makes them less valuable and it's not well known (ie. $500 fitness stipend). Would also be great to 401k match.

the communcation. being told one thing, and then something else happens i feel like the agents are just exprect to be the brunt of the company yet everyone higher UP GETS THE BENEFITS. it just is not fair.
