Mr. Edward R. Gallagher, also known as Ed, serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NCR Corporation since October 2015. Mr. Gallagher served as Acting General Counsel since october 2014. His prior position with NCR includes Law Vice President of Litigation & Employment Law, commencing in 2003; and Chief Counsel of the Systemedia Division. Mr. Gallagher joined NCR in 1992. prior to that, he was an attorney in private practice with McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen in San Francisco and Palmer & Dodge in Boston. Mr. Gallagher holds Law degree from Yale Law School, Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yale University. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota.
