Mr. Robert P. Fishman, also known as Bob, has been an Executive Vice President of NCR Corporation since April 2016. Mr. Fishman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of NCR Corporation since March 2010 and March 14, 2010 respectively. Mr. Fishman served as Senior Vice President of NCR Corporation from March 14, 2010 to April 2016. Mr. Fishman served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Radiant Systems Inc., since August 24, 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of NCR Corporation from October 23, 2009 to March 2010 and served as its Vice President since January 2007 until October 2009. Mr. Fishman served as Controller of NCR Corporation since January 2007 until October 2009. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of NCR Corporation from May 11, 2007 to January 1, 2008. Mr. Fishman served NCR Corporation in a variety of financial roles, including Interim Controller from April 2006 to January 2007, Vice President of Corporate Planning and Assistant Corporate Controller, from January 2005 to April 2006, Chief Financial Officer of Payment Solutions Division, Director of Financial Solutions Division Planning, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Director of EMEA Planning and Pricing. He joined NCR in 1993, worked with Price Waterhouse for six years in Toronto and London, England. He served as a Director of Radiant Systems Inc., since August 24, 2011. He holds an Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Accountant from Canada and a CPA. He holds a HBA from the University of Western Ontario. He has also earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research.
