They need to value existing employees and respect differences of opinion. They need to be respectful of employees.

They should be more emotionally mature and learn to follow the rules, but part of the problem is the leadership. They often do not enforce the rules that they say are important.
Being responsive to employee needs and identifying good employees for promotion and training opportunities. They like to maintain the status quo and never do things any differently, so that there are never any new ideas.
