Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always want you to succeed, get raises, grow your skills, and be promoted. If I'm ill or my children are ill, I just say I won't be in, put in my unlimited PTO. Or just leave work early. I never have to worry. I have job security and I'll still be paid.
Mostly very transparent, though that changes as we move toward IPO. I will miss it.
Takes feedback honestly. Looks at decisions retrospectively to make the next one better. Balances Consumer, Company, Team and Self.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation. Fully paid healthcare. Sabbatical.
The great Healthcare plan. So affordable.
Stock options, wifi stipend, home office allowance
Probably equity. It used to be fully paid benefits.
It is incredible! Top of market medical, dental, etc. Paid parental leave. Breakfast & lunch (and dinner if you need it). This company loves its employees!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart. Hardworking. Passionate. Easy-going. Trustworthy
We all joke around, work well together, get our work done. We consolidate meetings or get rid of meetings to not waste our time. Everyone's voice is heard and has an impact.
Smart, collaborative, trustworthy people whose company I enjoy
Diverse (culturally, and experientially). Very very smart. Willing to try new things. Comfortable to fail in order to learn.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seemingly nice people who never say anything overtly negative
Everyone is genuinely nice, positive, and supportive. I know that sounds fake, but even after 6 months I'm still surprised by it.
Cooperation and collaboration. Sometimes enthusiasm.
Most are here because of the mission or the challenge of bringing this product to market. We are supportive and are truly nice.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't a take home project and they cared about my time.
Several rounds. Each focused on specific aspects. Very clear about "skills" and "behaviors" that are required.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many interviews. Repeat answers with different people. Inefficient use of time for both candidate and interviewers.
I would shorten it or break it into segments. Mine was four solid hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I can help design my own job by recognizing needs and proposing solutions
Seeing a team solve a tough problem and measuring their success through data.
