Mr. Henri P. Richard has been Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field and Customer Operations at NetApp, Inc. since May 17, 2016. Mr. Richard leads NetApp's global field and customer success operations, which support its ecosystem of channel, alliance and service partners and perform customer-facing functions. He drives discussions with NetApp's biggest strategic partners, resellers and customers across the globe. Mr. Richard has 30 years of experience leading international sales and marketing efforts in the Asian, European and American markets at global technology companies including WebGain, Inc., Bell Microproducts and IBM. hE served as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Freescale Semiconductor Inc. and Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. from September 2007 to September 27, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of worldwide OEM & enterprise sales at SanDisk Corp., since April 9, 2013 where he oversaw the rapid growth and diversification of SanDisk into the enterprise space. He served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. since April 13, 2005 until September 2007 and its Executive Vice President since April 13, 2005. Mr. Richard served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. until 13, April 2005 and was its Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing since June 9, 2003 until September 2007. In his expanded role, he was responsible for AMD's international field marketing initiatives and sales force activities. He joined AMD in April 2002 as Group Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at WebGain, Inc. since September 2000 until April 2002. Prior to WebGain, Mr. Richard served as the President of the Computer Products Group at Bell Microproducts from April 2000 to August 2000 and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support for IBMs Technology Group from December 1997 to April 2000. He worked as an Independent Consultant for IBM from November 1997 to February 1998. From October 1996 to November 1997, he was an Independent Consultant for Karma International and served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Richard served various senior management positions in the IT industry, including Vice President of EMEA Strategic Accounts and North Europe with Seagate Technology, a provider of data storage, management and communication systems, from March 1993 to September 1996, Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA for Conner Peripherals, Vice President of Marketing for Metrologie International in Asnieres, France and Chief Executive Officer for Informatique Haute Performance in Paris, France. He served as a Director of Ultratech, Inc. since April 20, 2006 until May 26, 2017. He served as Director of Asetek A/S since November 20, 2007. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Orbeon, Inc. He has been a Member of the Global Advisory Board at Just Marketing, Inc. since December 2008. He has been a Member of Board of Managers at Spansion LLC since July 2003. He served as a Director of Spansion Inc. since November 2005. He served as Director of ASBISc Enterprises Plc since January 31, 2008. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from Ecole Nationale Radiotechnique Electronique Appliquee in France. Mr. Richard attended a Masters Program in Sciences at the University Paris Jussieu and the CRC Jouy en Josas Executive Business Program.
