Review from Product Dept

The most I've ever been paid

Very high salaries & free counseling

the generous, flexible maternity leave

Very good package of benefits

My salary and the family forming benefit.

Review from HR Dept

Great pay, great transparency, good (and improving) health benefits, great food (during normal times)

Review from Product Dept

Salary is the best part.

Unlimited vacation, reduced stock price.

INCREDIBLE medical benefits, free breakfast and lunch, wellness incentives, ease of experience.

Review from HR Dept

When Netflix says that they pay "top of market," they mean it.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Why does the management team refuses to answer simple questions? I was specifically told to keep quiet during meetings when my help was needed. Don't bring people on to do a job, then hypocritically disable & deny the essential tools in order for them to perform their job.

Yes - better bonuses and stock grants

Review from Engineering Dept

I have found that there is politics and there is no proper growth.

Well everything I've spoke lived has been a spin off and series yet I can't even afford a car an AC a roof over my head but I still sit here and let the spin off and jokes go on and on and on

Review from Product Dept

I felt the insurance was too steep for a family person it would have taken most of my check to cover a family of 4 Sad! As well as the pay was just enough to make my rent I need more than enough.
