I think they are mean
Practice basic ethics & morality, don't spend company time contributing to imposter syndrome or sabotaging employees, practice what you preach, refrain from psychological harm, don't gaslight. No need to appoint any human being as a sacrificial lamb, every employee deserves basic human dignity.
Collaborating more within their peer group
Compassion - mentoring and building up and supporting employees

Why does the management team refuses to answer simple questions? I was specifically told to keep quiet during meetings when my help was needed. Don't bring people on to do a job, then hypocritically disable & deny the essential tools in order for them to perform their job.
Yes - better bonuses and stock grants

I have found that there is politics and there is no proper growth.

I felt the insurance was too steep for a family person it would have taken most of my check to cover a family of 4 Sad! As well as the pay was just enough to make my rent I need more than enough.

Avoid cliquey behavior when new folks join the team. Culture is lived, not just a forwarded memo. Don't weaponize it against new recruits. Above all, listen every once in a while.

Don't purposely create problems, only provide feedback that is constructive to your employees. Was told feedback is not provided unless specifically requested, but that is essential to having a strong, productive team. Don't lie or be dishonest, don't project your insecurities onto others.
Listen more, talk less, try to show off and brown nose less

Candidates should have the opportunity meet with the hiring manager at least once during the interview process, this is not optional!

Reduce the number of interview rounds from average of 10 to 5
The manager who interviewed me either pretended to be unaware of the company culture or was genuinely, authentically unaware - yet he is in a position to make dangerous, life-altering decisions for coworkers & employees that also affect company business.
Calibrated interview questions and real world problem solving
