Chris Hill joined NETSCOUT in March 2019 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer providing leadership to all employee programs. Mr. Hill has over 20 years of experience creating and driving innovative global Human Resources strategy and culture initiatives. He has been in global HR leadership roles at Rapid Micro Biosystems, Dyn Inc, Egenera. RSA Security, and Sycamore Networks. He has successfully led the development and implementation of key programs to drive employment branding, employee development, employee retention, and operational efficiency. He played a key role in a number of acquisitions and the subsequent integration. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Merrimack College.
