    The culture and the base pay for the sales teams especially.

    Competitive pay and benefits. It would help if some of the leadership was replaced or coached.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The base pay and bonuses are fair however it was disappointing that they offer the bare minimum benefits. When I was first hired, holidays were not paid off. They improved a bit by offering me 6 paid holidays. They do not have 401k matching.
