What do you like best about your company?I really like the bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?Extending an offer to an excited candidate or getting a hiring manager excited about a candidate.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team is highly motivated, collaborative, and overall great people.
What would you most like to see improved at your company? The culture and the base pay for the sales teams especially.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Competitive pay and benefits. It would help if some of the leadership was replaced or coached.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The base pay and bonuses are fair however it was disappointing that they offer the bare minimum benefits. When I was first hired, holidays were not paid off. They improved a bit by offering me 6 paid holidays. They do not have 401k matching.
