A true desire to "do the right thing" whenever possible
Transparent leaders. Advocates for DEI. Experienced team that listens to its employees.
Listening to and trusting the people they hire. They are also exceptionally terrible at communication.
Remote work is useful and helpful

It's a very cliquey organization, and centered around a core group of New Engeners. For all the talk about inclusivity, it's really not an inclusive place to work.
Smart people, interesting work, highly motivated group of coworkers.
They need to completely re-evalute the company culture to be more inclusive of a wide range of perspectives -- not just liberal Gen Z kids. There's an assumption that everyone has the same values. That's statistically impossible with a company this size.

Leadership is making very knee-jerk decisions about merger acquisitions, service evolution, and marketing the agency in general. There needs to be a leveling of the marketing organization and dramatically simplify for execution by hiring skilled B2B marketers.
Better collaboration. Investment in hiring qualified leaders. Pump the brakes on the participation trophies.
