What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership is making very knee-jerk decisions about merger acquisitions, service evolution, and marketing the agency in general. There needs to be a leveling of the marketing organization and dramatically simplify for execution by hiring skilled B2B marketers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?They need to completely re-evalute the company culture to be more inclusive of a wide range of perspectives -- not just liberal Gen Z kids. There's an assumption that everyone has the same values. That's statistically impossible with a company this size.
