What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Listening to and trusting the people they hire. They are also exceptionally terrible at communication.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

My job function (content) is not a priority at the company, so my role is likely undervalued.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

It's a very cliquey organization, and centered around a core group of New Engeners. For all the talk about inclusivity, it's really not an inclusive place to work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

They need to completely re-evalute the company culture to be more inclusive of a wide range of perspectives -- not just liberal Gen Z kids. There's an assumption that everyone has the same values. That's statistically impossible with a company this size.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Leadership is making very knee-jerk decisions about merger acquisitions, service evolution, and marketing the agency in general. There needs to be a leveling of the marketing organization and dramatically simplify for execution by hiring skilled B2B marketers.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Better collaboration. Investment in hiring qualified leaders. Pump the brakes on the participation trophies.
