What do you like best about the leadership team?
Social, friendly ready to lead you
Very on point about getting things done
My direct manager is great SVP of Sales and Ops. Very hands on and direct. Genuinely cares.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They had team lead just sitting back doing what he want while watching us work
Core team meeting to listen to the different voice, open minded.
Communication and professionalism. The company needs more structer.
be very carefull inchoosing your high posiions managers and supervisers that they treat your employees with respect

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team lead is controlling the supervisor all because he got"dirt" on her
Fairly adjust the salary and share the commission system
Thats a problem but its not worse than being being discriminated against

Good people and co-work with US team
Progressive thought. Looking to better the company
Everyone is nice. Maybe because they are naive being underpaid.

No department knows what the others are doing. Internal conversation between teams seems frowned upon
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Highly stressful environment created by the C level whom are lack of vision and leadership skills. CEO lack of EQ and people skill.
The culture is bad, only listen to the boss.

Hire people who want to come in and work
Its changed since i was hired but theres no feedback from internal interviews

Everbody working and not watching . No favortism
Leaving the office right at 5:30 every day.

Being able to have a human resource in the building
Actually listening to the customers instead of treating them as the enemy
