Ed Jay — President at Newfold Digital

Ed brings over 20 years of expertise and experience in developing businesses into growth leaders and leveraging digital capabilities and technology to create leading customer experiences. Before joining Newfold Digital, he served as President of Lionbridge Technologies, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company and leading global A.I. training data and localization company. Ed led the strategy, growth and sale of the AI business to TELUS International in December 2020 where he continued as the President of Lionbridge AI. Prior to Lionbridge, Ed was the Executive Vice-President of Merchant Services, Americas at American Express where he led the transformational growth of payments and lending to small businesses and fintech partners in the U.S., Canada and Latin America for nearly a decade. He also served in other executive roles as the Global Head of Product Management for Thomson Reuters’ $2.4B Investment and Advisory division, as the Co-founder and Managing Partner for leading strategy and technology services company ZEFER and various roles at AG Consulting and Accenture. Ed received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada.
