What are some of the best things about your team?
There really are no stupid questions. I feel like they all want me to succeed and I do my best to help them as well. It's one of the most collaborative atmospheres I've worked in.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel genuinely satisfied at the end of my workday. I feel like my work has an impact on providing representation and access to culturally relevant information for students who might not otherwise see themselves so widely represented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about their plans and opinions. They are reachable and listen to feedback. They all take turns speaking with us at our All-Hands meetings. All new hires get 30 minute small group meetings with ELT, this takes the intimidation down and makes us feel part of the team.
