Lot of great things going for it. The things below are the only things that the company is not good at: - Employees need to get paid more. - More money should be spent on events, parties, swag, etc. - better benefits like 401k and - work could be more challenging but that's not he company's fault

higher pay, I think the company in general underpays compared to tech competitors. Better benefits e.g. 401K matching!!
