I'm overwhelmed by how much we are trying to tackle and the expectations it can have, but it also really pushes you quickly in your career to face questions you didn't think you could tackle. It keeps things interesting!

Having colleagues that I can be silly and myself around but also feel impact in education.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how much effort the company is putting into larger goals, such as improving the educational system and helping the lives of teachers and students. It's very wholesome and touches a lot of the day to day problems we want to solve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is willing to listen to feedback from employees in an open forum. Even if they don't always get it right, they are open to publicly stating when something could have been done differently and make changes to adapt to the employees as feedback arises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has really kind, thoughtful people. They are also intelligent and extremely competent, but above all, I'm astounded by how much they care about each other and our users. It's very different to work on this team than other companies because of how open minded and empathetic people can be.
