What is the best part about your compensation package?
Capability to increase it and receive raises.
I am able to leave knowing that my home life and work life is taken care of fairly.

Company matching on both the 401k as well as the HSA mean that they are literaly giving me free money above and beyond my ordinary compensation. Additionally, free food, snacks, drinks and ice cream! That may not be included on my paycheck, but is a benefit I certainly enjoy!

I love having unlimited PTO. Somehow, weirdly enough, you end up taking less vacation. It is so stress free. We are treated as adult professionals who know how to budget time and get it done. The reward is unlimited PTO.
