What is the best part about your compensation package?

Capability to increase it and receive raises.

I am able to leave knowing that my home life and work life is taken care of fairly.

the monthly incentives are a big boost for me. It is nice to see how much I am able to get done throughout the month.

Company matching on both the 401k as well as the HSA mean that they are literaly giving me free money above and beyond my ordinary compensation. Additionally, free food, snacks, drinks and ice cream! That may not be included on my paycheck, but is a benefit I certainly enjoy!
