I am not paid well but I am ok with it and I am using this training to build my resume.
Comparable pay to other Executive team members.
Compared to others in the industry I'm very underpaid. Many empty promises for an increase.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Quicker feedback when decisions are made either to hire or not to hire someone. Also, sticking with interviews with the team instead of other departments that are unrelated to the job would be nice.
