I drank the kool-aid and believed 100% in what they were offering. I looked past the nepotism and the faults behind the curtain even though I saw them. Looking back....I wish I would have bailed much sooner.

Teamwork was solid in most regards.

The owner is solid. The CEO is solid....beyond that....not much good can be said.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Refused to see value in promotions and/or bonuses. Even though countless times I saved money and found holes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its very plastic. Unless you are part of the network of friends there is no future there. Dont trust anything...and they are just spinning the truth to make you feel comfortable. Countless times I saw people promoted who looked the part...but did not perform the part above others.
