What do you like best about the leadership team?
They join together for a periodical evaluation
They are very willing to help employees to be and do their best. They are very kind and encouraging. The help employees grow as individuals and as employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being consistent on there standards
Encouraging new ideas in manufacturing, HR, etc, or at least practicing the "One Nexteer" culture instead of just giving it lip service. Employees (and customers, for that matter) don't need slogans, they want actions that improve, products, processes and the overall culture.
Rubbing their individual brain cells together to come up with a coherent plan.
Work life balance! Everyone is extremly stressed and works long hours
Pretty much everything, completely and totally worthless.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best of the job is my Salary due it help to support other benefits my family needs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be enough to at least be given a competitive wage (compared to other factory jobs in the same industry, in the same area). I don't even want to say to be treated nicely, because its not something they can wrap their heads around. "We'll give them hotdogs and that'll shut them up".
More money. Better benefits. Pretty simple.

They are analytic and proactive
They are all very smart. The have confidence in themselves and in each other. The work together very well and they get stuff done.

The hourly workers are friendly and good workers. That is it.

They pretend to care about their workforce.

Ot was too easy to get hired should have been my first warning.
