Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary to be on par with industry
Cost of living raise since inflation is skyrocketing and I am underpaid and my boss told me I am doing an amazing job and I feel like my compensation does not match
My compensation is a black box and I have no idea how they are determining my relative value to the company.

Large company, difficult to get to know each other outside of your office location. Much of your team you only meet virtually
