Large company, difficult to get to know each other outside of your office location. Much of your team you only meet virtually

They care. Not only is it about attracting and retaining, its also about caring for the workforce

Growth mindset, teamwork, employee engagement and opportunities

It is energetic and positive in outlook.

They are understanding and I can come with my problems without embarrassment to get them fixed
