Nintex Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are comprehensive and a lot more is covered by the company than in my prior experience. The stock options/equity has huge potential upside.

Very fair and competitive in SaaS market

We have a very comprehensive benefits package

Review from Executive Dept

AssureSign allows unlimited vacation. This means we don't have to track all the little items, like when I have to pick up my kiddos from school or doctors appointments. Everyone is professional and does not abuse this benefit.

Review from Executive Dept

The compensation is excellent! Also, there are future opportunities that will make compensation even better.

Flexibility and working from home.

Safe Harbor 401K. With rising costs in the market our benefits costs have remained reasonable.

Health, Dental, Disability, FSA, HSA, Life, 401K (with match)...what's not to like?

Unlimited Vacations! Not having the stress of having to pick a sick day or vacation day to use.

Review from Sales Dept

The compensation plan is fairly basic, so the best part is the salary

Review from Engineering Dept

The benefits package offered by AssureSign is by far the best benefits package i've received by an employer. They pay half the cost of my end package cost.

Generous paid time off. Employees get 4 weeks to start. It's use it or lose for all but 40 hours so you are encouraged to use it. Once you hit 3 years you get 5 weeks of PTO.

Review from Marketing Dept

The combined package - salary, bonus, benefits, equity.

Medical dental and vision benefits are very good

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A more competitive pay structure and/or stock/equity options would better acknowledge my contributions to and investment in the company.
