Strategy, vision, clarity for workforce, transparency in goals, and executing against focused set of priorities.
The leadership team seems very focused on execution for today, vs building and investing for the future. Not sure what the company strategy is.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are comprehensive and a lot more is covered by the company than in my prior experience. The stock options/equity has huge potential upside.

AssureSign allows unlimited vacation. This means we don't have to track all the little items, like when I have to pick up my kiddos from school or doctors appointments. Everyone is professional and does not abuse this benefit.

Mindfulness and sensitivity to each individuals needs, so there's flexibility to ensure everyone has accommodation to perform optimally
