Ms. Violet G. Sistovaris serves as Executive Vice President and President of Northern Indiana Public Service Company since October 3, 2016. Ms. Sistovaris served as Executive Vice President of NIPSCO since July 1, 2015 until October 2016 and served as the Chief Information Officer of NiSource Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Administrative Services since April 18, 2005. Ms. Sistovaris served as Vice President of customer contact centers at NiSource Inc., since November 3, 2003. Ms. Sistovaris was responsible for operating NiSource's five customer contact centers in Merrillville (IN), Lexington (KY), Springfield (MA), Marble Cliff (OH) and Smithfield (PA) and managing contacts with its 3.7 million residential customers. She most recently served as Executive Director of customer service for NiSource. Ms. Sistovaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University.
