We are paid well but if we tried to make things better everyone would benefit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly pay increases are minimal and do not keep up with inflation.
Pay me what im worth based on experience and not time with the company
You do 3 people's jobs, small raise no bonus
I feel the change in pension policy was a large misstep. I enjoy working here, but with losing my pension when I took on more responsibility with a new roll, that was a hit to my self worth at this company. If something better comes along I will leave with no reservations.

They had clear standards and philosophies that they shared before I interviewed.
The old staff that was there until corporate took over and ran them off

Get the company managed correctly, turn over would get better, update your system and hire people who know what their doing
