This is a great company
Unethical company. As a CSR, we dealt with wage theft for years until the State Labor board put a stop to it. The company then sent backpay to some in an extremely small amount. Management is inconsistent, lack knowledge, main job seems to be to micromanage us down to the second. Beware.

Does NiSource drug test or do a background check?

Yes! The background check is very extensive. Make sure you have W2's from previous employers going back 10 years as well as your highschool diploma and any degrees that you may have ready because you may be asked to take pics of them and upload them to the person working on your case if they are unable to verify the information themselves through the primary source listed. This is the most in depth background check that has ever been done on me. Good luck and I hope this information has helped...
