Executive Bio

I have over 20 years of experience providing end-user support. For over 10 years, I’ve held senior or executive leadership positions. I possess extensive experience leveraging innovative methods and industry-leading tools to create high-performing processes and teams. Currently I am the Chief Information Officer at Innovive Health. In this current role, I provide fiscal oversight for a regionally-dispersed team with a focus on improving customer care and workflow efficiencies. Infrastructure is cloud based and we employ class leading solutions at scale.

Making and keeping customers happy is always paramount. No success can be measured without proving first that you can delight your customers and surprise them with unparalleled service that exceeds even their high expectations.

Learning about new management techniques to remain rigorously constant with current and next-trend technologies is an endless pursuit of mine. Although my results-driven work ethic has been a big part of my advancement, I have been lucky to work alongside some great managers, colleagues, and staff.

I am a change agent who pursues efficiencies at scale, but I never lose grip on the notion that teams working together will always achieve more than those working siloed.
