Health insurance has good coverage

You cant even talk or you get emails, get humiliated in front of people by managers
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always eager to help me if I need assistance, and they listen to my feedback.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Certain supervisors are allowed to do anything with little to no consequence
