All the upper level management needs to be replaced with competent people with empathy.

I should have the options to choose what amounts to give to a financial vehicle, not the employer taking more or less at each pay date.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Mostly my coworkers are afraid of speaking about issues on the job. When I suggest talking with the Union representatives they said you will get fired if you go to the Union.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A change in management was replaced with non office workers and some people were given jobs that didn’t have the qualifications but are still learning on the job. This is a problem when people don’t know what they are doing.
