I like the way the company trains you and offers good compensation for your time for travel, etc.

Better pay raises for experience
Pay not competitive w market.i moved fr outside the state... they did not assist with relocating.
Constantly being asked to completed tasks out of my scope. Other staff or team members do not quite understand how much work I have to do daily, so they expect that I am not completing any. I work at 2 clinics and don't feel compensated like other positions are compensated.
A salary that would allow me to provide for myself and allow me to have a savings account. Getting a raise higher than my medical insurance contributes that goes up annually.
