Mr. Powell served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and President Products & Hospital Group of Fresenius Medical Care North America at Fresenius Medical Care Holdings Inc. since January 1, 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Powell served as a Member of Management Board at Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGAA since January 2004. From 1978 to 1996, he held various positions within Baxter International Inc. USA, Biogen Inc. USA and Ergo Sciences Inc. USA.
