Pay not competitive w market.i moved fr outside the state... they did not assist with relocating.
Constantly being asked to completed tasks out of my scope. Other staff or team members do not quite understand how much work I have to do daily, so they expect that I am not completing any. I work at 2 clinics and don't feel compensated like other positions are compensated.
A salary that would allow me to provide for myself and allow me to have a savings account. Getting a raise higher than my medical insurance contributes that goes up annually.

To be able to provide quality care each one the customer, following the company policies and doctors and nurses orders.
The comradery with not only my coworkers but my patients. You get to know then and their families. I enjoy talking to them, joking with them and being that ear they need.
The day I resigned was the best. I shoul've requested a relocation bonus and asked more questions during the interview. I toook my skills & experience elsewhere.
