Review from Engineering Dept
Ability to assign workloads to team members based on their abilities and challenge them to learn new tasks
experienced knowledgeable professional engaged inclusive
Being part of it is good
Making stuff happen and developing others.
Friendly, kind, visionary, bold, valued
be transparent in how to calculate metrics, Customer satisfaction surveys are forwarded to us by management and we can't see the real surveys, tasks distribution is not fair, performance metrics are really ambiguous and frequently changing, surveys have no value and people fear retaliation,
Have a consistent strategy that is clear
increase transparency and hire competent managers
The base salary is adequate.
I enjoyed the relocation package, along with the all the benefits there are.
Review from Engineering Dept
There is no variable pay
Vesting cycle, base and stock options
health insurance, work from home
Salary is less when I compare with local market.
Make it comparable with other competing companies (at the same level, stop comparing down).
Higher base salary and stocks
I’ve been told I’m going to get a promotion and move up to the next level for the past two years only to be told there’s not enough budget. I’ve turned down interviews with the expectation that HPE will deliver. The outside offers I’ve received pay significantly more
To receive what i was promosed
Form is broken and will not accept input
Interesting tech, and problems to solve
My immediate collaborators are very dedicated.
Team spirit and let's do attitude.
My team are all pretty smart, most other teams have people that takes time to catchup.
Communication from all levels of management.
build skills that they lack that they claim to have (core competencies in their main work area)
The relaxed atmosphere regarding flexibility in hours
We are genuinely interested in each other both as colleagues but also as private persons. We have a mission to give back to society and it is truly supported by the company
Open conversations and personable environment. Invests in employees comfort and being a great place to work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Good work life balance and friendly people.
Everybody here has a good attitude in general, and are nice privately as well. Few exceptions.
Fix compensation and stop promoising whwt you can't/won't deliver
Executive Leadership needs basic empathy training and accountable for inclusive leadership behaviors.
hire only competent managers, stop promoting internally incompetent employees to management roles
clear, technical, and hiring managers are experienced people
The people were nice and fun
Panel, thorough, allowed me to interview them
It's personal, it pertains to the job, and people interviewing have actually put thought into how a person should be evaluated.
I like the panel, and how they asked questions on problem solving.
Review from Engineering Dept
Be nice. Learn about the interviewee. Don't be jerks
I was really happy, but after few years I discovered that all the huge opportunities HPE is offering, he good workplace, and the culture will have no sense as soon as you put have the wrong manager, they simply promote the wrong people
Solving complex problems that were marked as impossible
Fresh coffee, on site amenities, and employee networking events.
Review from Engineering Dept
People: my colleagues and great managers I work with.
The reputation of being in an ethical company with solid processes and automation is an added advantage
Management is out of touch with employees. There is no training what so ever.
bureaucratic culture, incompetent employees that have stayed and got promoted for many years and stopped keeping up to date with industry advancements in their area (product, design, engineering)
